Governing the Airpocalypse—Insights from China’s "War on Smog"

“Governing the Airpocalypse”—a podcast interview with Anna L. Ahlers during her visit to Cornell University in March 2020, in which she presents a background and explores her research process into the most hotly debated environmental problem in Chinese society: air pollution.

The podcast was produced by the Cornell Contemporary Initiative (CCCI) of Cornell’s East Asia Program. The interview was conducted by Professor John Zinda, faculty associate director of the CCCI for spring 2020 and the teacher of the companion course Environmental Sociology.
