PhD

Alina-Sandra Cucu received her PhD in Sociology and Social Anthropology from Central European University, Budapest. Her current research focuses on the making of the East-Central European industrialism in the second part of the 20th century, on the relationship between labour and the state in socialist regimes, and on the regimes of knowledge, discipline, and temporality produced by these historical transformations.
